EPIC is the second phase of The District, a visionary mixed-use development unfolding along Calle Uruguay in the Bella Vista district, aiming to transform this historic nightlife corridor into a vibrant cultural, residential, and commercial hub. This tower is designed to complement the urban renewal of Calle Uruguay, nesting within a cluster of projects including Uptown and The District. EPIC is projected to rise with roughly 44 to 50 floors, similar in scale to its neighboring towers. Its facade will integrate generous glazing and balcony terraces to accentuate those views and to project openness toward Calle Uruguay. Internally, EPIC's amenities will align with the premium standards of The District -- including pool and spa areas, social lounges, rooftop terraces, wellness zones, and potential commercial / gastronomic spaces at the lower levels. The concept positions EPIC not only as a residential tower, but as a focal point of the renewed cultural, social, and strategic identity for Calle Uruguay.
